How long do you take to deliver? |

Our turnaround times are one of the fastest in our area. Delivery times depend on number of pieces ordered, approval of artwork and/or design and time of payment. For most small embroidery orders, we usually ship within 7-10 business days. For most small screen printing orders, we ship within 5-7 days. At the time of order, a firm ship date can be given. |

Can you create my design for me? |

Yes, we can work from business letterheads, your own artwork or simple text. |

How much do original designs cost to set up? |
A. |
It depends on your logo. A accurate cost can be given when we receive your design. For most designs, there is a $25-30 fee for digitizing logos or creating artwork for screen printing. This is a one time fee. Upon subsequent re-orders of the same design, there will be no artwork fee. |

Do I have to pay a set-up cost if I have already got the art-work? |

To operate an embroidery machine your artwork has to be turned into one of several embroidery machine formats. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of high quality embroidery. If you have good, clean artwork that can be emailed or mailed via disk to us, then we usually subtract $10 from the artwork fee.

What format should I send my artwork? |

You can send your logo in either a JPG, GIF, or Coral Draw format by email stating the size required for the overall design (width x height) in inches. |

Can I use the design again? |

Yes, once your design is set up you can re-order as many times as you like, placing your design on any garment, without paying the original set up costs again. |

I already have my design on disk, can you use it without charging a set up fee? |

Yes, if it is in any of the main embroidery formats. For screen printing, your artwork would need to be vector based in order to avoid the artwork charge.

I only want the name of my company on the garments - do I have to pay for a design set-up? |

No, we do not charge a set up fee for standard text only designs. |

Do your prices include embroidery? |

Yes, when we quote you a price, everything is included except shipping. |

I have got my own garments will you embroider them for me? |

Yes, prices for embroidery only are available on request. However, items that are brought in to be embroidered are not guaranteed. Machines do malfunction and we can not guarantee an item that we do not currently stock. If something happened, we would not charge you for the embroidery but we would be unable to replace the item. |

Do you do children’s sizes? |

Yes, most of the garments can be supplied in children’s sizes, from infants upwards. Details are available in the catalog. |

All items are delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size of the order. Please specify how you would like your item shipped at the time of order. We DO NOT charge a handling fee.

What is your cancellation policy? |

Once an order has been placed and the sample approved by you, orders cannot be cancelled due to the personalized nature of our products. |

Do we have to order in case quantities for screen printing? |

No. You may order any quantity you like of the items. Your price breaks for screen printing will come at 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 pieces. |
